Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, or to make them work more efficiently.
Formbreezy uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other cookies that track your behaviour across websites.
A separate short-lived access token (15 minutes) is issued on login and stored in memory only - it is not persisted to a cookie or local storage.
The cookie listed above falls under the category of strictly necessary. Without it, core features of the service - logging in, accessing your dashboard, and making authenticated API calls - cannot function.
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent under GDPR and the UK PECR. We do not ask for your consent to set this cookie, and you cannot opt out of it while using the authenticated parts of Formbreezy.
If you use Formbreezy only as an unauthenticated visitor (for example, reading our marketing pages), no cookies are set.
We do not use a cookie consent banner because we have no cookies that require consent.
You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking or deleting the refreshToken cookie will log you out of Formbreezy.
Guidance for common browsers:
If we ever introduce new cookies, we will update this policy and notify account holders by email before any changes take effect.
Questions about how we use cookies can be sent to [email protected].
