About

What is Formbreezy?

A backend for your HTML forms - without writing a backend.

The problem

Static sites are fast, cheap, and easy to host - but forms are awkward. The moment you need a contact form, a waitlist, or a feedback widget, you're either wiring up a serverless function, paying for a form SaaS, or shipping a backend you didn't want.

The solution

Formbreezy gives each of your forms a unique API key. You drop a hidden input into your HTML, point the form action at api.formbreezy.com/submit, and submissions start flowing - no backend required.

Where submissions go

Formbreezy forwards each submission to wherever you want it. Configure one or more delivery destinations per form - and only the ones you actually need:

  • Email - delivered straight to your inbox via AWS SES
  • Discord - posted to a channel via webhook
  • Slack - posted to a channel via webhook
  • Telegram - pushed to any chat via bot
  • ntfy - lightweight self-hosted push notifications
  • Google Sheets - appended as a new row
  • Notion - added to a database
  • Webhook - HTTP POST to any endpoint you control
  • Formbreezy Storage - persisted in your dashboard for review

Privacy by default

Formbreezy doesn't store your submissions unless you explicitly enable Formbreezy Storage. If all your deliveries succeed, no data is retained on our servers. No third-party sub-processors are engaged until you opt in to an integration.

Who built this

Formbreezy is an independent project, built and maintained as a lean, focused tool. If you have questions, feedback, or ideas - get in touch.
